JAKARTA, 11 December 2025 – PT Ekspor Indonesia Aja has just shipped a popular local detergent product, namely Soklin, for export to the Maldives. The exported Soklin products include So Klin Liquid Antibact Bottle, So Klin Liquid Softergent, So Klin Liquid Violet Bottle, So Klin Liquid White Bright Bottle, and So Klin Liquid Sakura Bottle – with the aim of helping to introduce Indonesian Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to the international market.
Meticulous Preparation to Maintain Export Quality
Before export, all Soklin products go through a series of very strict preparation processes, from quality inspection to packaging made in accordance with international standards. In addition to keeping the products intact during transit, this step is also intended to meet all export requirements applicable in the destination country.
After being declared ready for shipment, dozens of Soklin cartons are then loaded into the container ship MSC – REBECCA III – a ship known for having an efficient shipping route, so the risk of delays or damage to goods during transit can be minimized as much as possible.
Rechecking of Export Documents
The documentation staff of PT Ekspor Indonesia Aja also rechecks all documents because it is very important to ensure that administrative processes run smoothly, from the port of departure to entry into the Maldives. The documents checked include:
- Proforma Invoice
- Packing List
- Export Service Note
- Goods Export Notification Letter
- Booking Confirmation Letter
The recheck is carried out as a preventive measure, to avoid administrative problems that could hinder the product distribution process in the destination country.
Conclusion
This step is expected to be more than just a regular trade transaction, but a consistent effort to introduce the potential of Indonesian FMCG products. It also forms part of PT Ekspor Indonesia Aja’s ongoing commitment to paving the way for Indonesian products, especially FMCG, to enter the rapidly growing Asian market.
